The midsummer heat is causing problems for many people in companies. Not so for the Gammel Engineering team at the headquarters in Abensberg. We implemented our energy concept more than 25 years ago. The first office building we know of with component cooling (industrial underfloor heating pipes in the exposed concrete ceiling for cooling and temperature control) reliably ensures pleasant temperatures in the offices and meeting rooms. And cooling is provided by groundwater from our well, which is used all year round to flush toilets and irrigate our park after absorbing heat. A widely copied regenerative cooling concept without emissions from chillers. The Gammel Engineering team was and is "always one step ahead" when it comes to intelligent energy solutions. Birthdays remind us that time does not stand still. They give us an opportunity to look back, look forward to what we have achieved and set new goals for the future. And we do this together - as the Gammel team!
