On October 13, 2026, we were pleased to welcome Ms. Annette Bauer, coordinator, and Ms. Anna Portner, president of the hospice association, to our facility. As part of our Gammel Family Social Fund, we presented them with a donation of 850 euros.

A forward-looking construction project will begin in Offenstetten with a ceremonial groundbreaking on October 2, 2026. A modern building complex for approximately 220 children and adolescents will be built in two phases.

New housing is being built on the site of the former Prinz-Leopold Barracks in Regensburg. On Friday, October 1, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for 226 subsidized apartments—adding another important component to the Innovation Quarter.

From a barracks to a climate-neutral neighborhood! In the first phase of development, approximately 600 residential units are to be supplied with heat without the use of fossil fuels. However, Regensburg is not relying on a single heat generator to achieve this.

Our company outing is a very special highlight every year. On Saturday, September 26, we once again got together with our coworkers and their families. The focus was on shared experiences, exciting insights, and spending the day together.

Dear Max, thank you so much for the 16 years we’ve spent together and for your tremendous dedication to our company. We wish you all the best in this new chapter of your life—may you have plenty of time for your family and many enjoyable moments in your garden shed. We’ll miss you!

Through the Gammel Family Social Fund, we aim to provide targeted assistance where support is urgently needed. The fund is made up of the proceeds from our internal Christmas party, where an auction is held among our employees every year. During our regular staff meetings, we then work together to gather suggestions for potential recipients—this way, we decide as a team where the donations will go.

With deep sorrow and great respect, we bid farewell to an extraordinary and kind-hearted person who, with his loyal and confident demeanor, was always a role model for the entire company.

Today we celebrated a special anniversary: Florian Prantl has been with Gammel Engineering for 20 years. Over these two decades, technologies have changed, projects have evolved, and teams have been reorganized. One thing has remained constant: Florian Prantl is a reliable member of the Gammel Engineering team.

In 2026, Gammel Engineering was once again ready to head to the Gillamoos! Together with our partners, we kicked off the “fifth season” in Abensberg on Friday, as is our tradition.

Michael and Gudrun Gammel rounded out the kickoff of the new yoga season with a light meal. With a particularly delicious meal featuring fish and cheese, we were able to wind down the evening in a cozy atmosphere.

Energy Transition. Here. Now. – This motto was clearly evident at yesterday’s state reception marking the 3rd Bavarian Energy Days at Schleißheim Palace. Michael Simon Gammel and Dr. Stefanie Reil were on hand representing Gammel Engineering. The evening demonstrated once again how many dedicated people in Bavaria are working every day to advance the energy transition—in municipalities, companies, initiatives, and projects.
