The renovation of the St. Josef retirement home in Neustadt an der Donau has been planned for many years. Now momentum is building!

The midsummer heat is causing problems for many people in companies. Not so for the Gammel Engineering team at the headquarters in Abensberg. We implemented our energy concept more than 25 years ago. The first office building we know of with component cooling (industrial underfloor heating pipes in the exposed concrete ceiling for cooling and temperature control) reliably ensures pleasant temperatures in the offices and meeting rooms. And cooling is provided by groundwater from our well, which is used all year round to flush toilets and irrigate our park after absorbing heat. A widely copied regenerative cooling concept without emissions from chillers. The Gammel Engineering team was and is "always one step ahead" when it comes to intelligent energy solutions. Our engineering team with project manager Thomas Winkler planned the new energy center with CHP and thermal oil sterilization for the Vivantes Clinic in Berlin-Neukölln across all service phases and supervised it during the construction phase.

The lighthouse project Naturenergie Cham went into operation 10 years ago. We are very proud to have been involved since the very first idea, from project development to planning, construction and 10 years of successful operation with our project and branch manager Thomas Zweier.
