On March 8, 2014, the Energy Wood Field Day took place at the Holmernhof in Bad Füssing. Gammel Engineering was also on site with a stand and provided information about the plant with Kombi Power System, which is currently being realized.

The time has come - the CHP modules for the 2nd expansion stage of the energy center at Amberg Hospital are being delivered. After the first stage of the project, which was successfully completed in 2010, stage 2 is now beginning, which will expand the energy center with two more natural gas CHP units.

BMW AG is expanding the aluminum foundry facilities at the Landshut site. Depending on the operating conditions, around 2.0 to 4.0 MW<sub>th</sub> of waste heat is generated from the melting furnaces. Gammel Engineering has developed an innovative waste heat utilization concept to combine the discontinuous power supply from the waste heat flow of the melting plants and generate electricity and process cooling from it.
