With Naturenergie Cham, our team achieved a "great success" more than 10 years ago. The energy partnership between Käserei Goldsteig and Naturenergie Cham GmbH has been proving its worth for over 10 years. Natural wood is the energy source - and unlike fossil fuels, it grows back every day.

Enabling sustainable living with low ancillary costs for employees and especially for young families - that was the goal of Michael Gammel from Abensberg in Bavaria. With his company Gammel Engineering GmbH, he has been planning and implementing energy efficiency concepts for municipalities, districts and buildings for 35 years.

ZES was established over 20 years ago to supply primarily municipal buildings with renewable heat energy from biomass.

The successful energy partnership between Naturenergie Cham and the Goldsteig cheese dairy is proving its sustainability, especially during the "gas crisis". While many companies in the dairy industry fear production losses, Goldsteig has been able to rely on safe and clean energy from natural wood for 10 years. And the added value remains with the forest farmers in the region!

The renovation of the St. Josef retirement home in Neustadt an der Donau has been planned for many years. Now momentum is building!

Our engineering team with project manager Thomas Winkler planned the new energy center with CHP and thermal oil sterilization for the Vivantes Clinic in Berlin-Neukölln across all service phases and supervised it during the construction phase.

The lighthouse project Naturenergie Cham went into operation 10 years ago. We are very proud to have been involved since the very first idea, from project development to planning, construction and 10 years of successful operation with our project and branch manager Thomas Zweier.

On Thursday, 17.03.2022, the virtual meeting of the IHK committee took place, in which District Administrator Martin Neumeyer also took part for an exchange with the committee members. The main topic of the online meeting was the innovative project in Kelheim, which involved the plan to build a cable car between Kelheim and Saal. District Administrator Neumeyer spoke about his office's current plans for local public transport.

The Neukölln Clinic with its 1,000 beds is spread over an area of 20 hectares. "If the central energy supply at a site like this, there are cross-connections that you don't know about." Our project manager Thomas Winkler was aware of the special features in Berlin right from the start in Berlin right from the start. Now the heat supply has been successfully put on a completely new footing and officially put into operation.

Even if it is not yet entirely clear what the new German government will actually decide: What is certain from Gammel-Engineering's point of view is that the price of CO2 emissions in particular will continue to rise and that energy supply and security will become much more important.
