Awarded: Neustadt an der Waldnaab secondary school refurbishment is a finalist for the BDA regional prize

From 2015, our team supported the conversion and refurbishment of the high school and the multiple gymnasium with planning services. The refurbishment was carried out in 3 construction phases. The planning scope of our specialists included the innovative mechanical ventilation of the classrooms, the renewal of the heating system and the sanitary/water/wastewater technology as well as the measurement and control technology across all project phases.

A particularly challenging aspect was, among other things, detailed relocation management and the phased construction schedule, which guaranteed the smooth running of the renovation project throughout.
