On November 28, 2025, the time had come again: our annual Christmas party was just around the corner - and as every year, our employees and their partners were able to look forward to a special evening. For many, the party is already a firm part of the Advent season and is always a real highlight in the annual calendar.
Once again, we were spoiled by Restaurant Schwögler. The kitchen and service team provided great food and a cosy atmosphere to ensure that everyone felt completely at ease.
A particularly nice moment was when we honored this year's jubilarians:
Gudrun and Michael Gammel used the evening to pay tribute to the many years of service and loyalty of our colleagues. We would like to congratulate
Max Hacker on 10 years,
Dietmar Montag and David Hartl on 25 years with the company.
Your performance, your commitment and your loyalty make our Gammel family strong - a big thank you for that!
Afterwards, Mike Gammel reviewed the successes and special moments of the past year in his Christmas speech. Projects achieved together, exciting developments and many small and large successes made it clear once again what we have achieved together in 2025.
The evening was an all-round success - characterized by good food, many conversations, appreciative words and a feeling of strong togetherness.
With this positive mood, we are looking forward to the coming year - together as a Gammel family.

More consulting expertise for our customers: New BAFA qualification in the team
We are pleased to announce another important qualification step in our company: Our employee Tobias Backhaus has successfully completed the BAFA energy consulting course for energy efficiency consultants for non-residential buildings.
We are delighted that many of our business partners and customers once again took part in our Christmas fundraising campaign in 2025. Thanks to the numerous votes, a total of 10,000 euros was awarded to three social institutions that are particularly committed to helping people of all ages.
