With a lot of commitment, heart and reliability, Tina has shaped our company. Whether in her role as a personal assistant, as an expert in fee accounting or as a calming influence in everyday office life - Tina was always there when you needed her.
Especially in challenging times, she showed strength, took on responsibility and mastered her tasks with a clear view and a pinch of humor. She also managed the handover to her successor Karina with foresight, patience and a lot of insider knowledge.
Tina says goodbye: "..After almost 18 years at Gammel Engineering, I would like to thank you all very much for the good cooperation, the great working atmosphere and the many experiences I have had with you all. A very special thanks goes to Gudrun and Michael for the trust they have always placed in me and for their great and empathetic support, even in difficult times I have always enjoyed working for you..."

More consulting expertise for our customers: New BAFA qualification in the team
We are pleased to announce another important qualification step in our company: Our employee Tobias Backhaus has successfully completed the BAFA energy consulting course for energy efficiency consultants for non-residential buildings.
We are delighted that many of our business partners and customers once again took part in our Christmas fundraising campaign in 2025. Thanks to the numerous votes, a total of 10,000 euros was awarded to three social institutions that are particularly committed to helping people of all ages.
