Kelheim CHP plant gets new buffer storage tank

The integration of the 200 m³ buffer storage tank increases the proportion of renewable energy and provides more bio-heat. The project is being funded as an early individual measure in accordance with BEW and is an important step towards transforming the heating network to 100% renewable heat.

The grid expansion can thus be driven forward and further heat generation can be integrated into the overall system.

Gammel Engineering is delighted with the trust placed in it by Stadtwerke and the joint, targeted and successful further development of the heat supply.
