In the historic walls of the brewery, ultra-modern offices have been created that offer space and room for innovation and creativity for employees from marketing, sales and administration. Following investments in a new fermentation and storage cellar in 2005, a new brewhouse in 2006, the Schalander in 2007, the vehicle fleet in 2008 and the new brewery laboratory that has just been moved into, there are now also state-of-the-art office workstations. This makes the Bischofshof brewery not only a traditional brewery, but also one of the most modern and innovative medium-sized companies in and around Regensburg. Gammel Engineering was responsible for the project development and preparation of the business plan including the CHP energy center, the development of variants of various heating and cooling systems up to implementation maturity and the planning of expansion options with automatic extinguishing system.

On October 13, 2026, we were pleased to welcome Ms. Annette Bauer, coordinator, and Ms. Anna Portner, president of the hospice association, to our facility. As part of our Gammel Family Social Fund, we presented them with a donation of 850 euros.
A forward-looking construction project will begin in Offenstetten with a ceremonial groundbreaking on October 2, 2026. A modern building complex for approximately 220 children and adolescents will be built in two phases.
New housing is being built on the site of the former Prinz-Leopold Barracks in Regensburg. On Friday, October 1, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for 226 subsidized apartments—adding another important component to the Innovation Quarter.
