In the historic walls of the brewery, ultra-modern offices have been created that offer space and room for innovation and creativity for employees from marketing, sales and administration. Following investments in a new fermentation and storage cellar in 2005, a new brewhouse in 2006, the Schalander in 2007, the vehicle fleet in 2008 and the new brewery laboratory that has just been moved into, there are now also state-of-the-art office workstations. This makes the Bischofshof brewery not only a traditional brewery, but also one of the most modern and innovative medium-sized companies in and around Regensburg.
Gammel Engineering was responsible for the project development and preparation of the business plan including the CHP energy center, the development of variants of various heating and cooling systems up to implementation maturity and the planning of expansion options with automatic extinguishing system.
More consulting expertise for our customers: New BAFA qualification in the team
We are pleased to announce another important qualification step in our company: Our employee Tobias Backhaus has successfully completed the BAFA energy consulting course for energy efficiency consultants for non-residential buildings.
We are delighted that many of our business partners and customers once again took part in our Christmas fundraising campaign in 2025. Thanks to the numerous votes, a total of 10,000 euros was awarded to three social institutions that are particularly committed to helping people of all ages.
