News in Every Project

In our planning project for the district of Neustadt a. d. Waldnaab, general refurbishment of the multi-purpose gymnasium, our project manager Frank Ulbrich was able to coordinate the installation of the new external air towers for the gymnasium's ventilation system today.

ZES was established over 20 years ago to supply primarily municipal buildings with renewable heat energy from biomass.

The Bundestag and Bundesrat have passed the Substitute Power Plant Provision Act (EKBG). This authorizes the government to limit or even ban the operation of natural gas-based power generation plants in the event of a gas shortage.

As part of the event "Kreis Energieeffizienz Oberfranken 2/2022 - Strategien für die Dekarbonisierung" on 12.07.2022 at the bayme vbm office Upper Franconia in Coburg, we had the opportunity to report on the topic of decarbonization.

The print media, internet, television and radio are flooding us with reports on highly efficient technologies that will supply us with electricity, heat, cooling and fuel from renewable energies in the future. Exciting projects with hydrogen technologies are presented on a daily basis, engines and turbines are "H2-ready" and energy efficiency measures in industry and commerce are booming, as is the decarbonization of district heating networks in cities and municipalities. One would think that the climate targets set by politicians could easily be achieved with the wide range of project activities.

Repair and recycle instead of throwing away? The massive difficulties in globally networked supply chains in the recent past clearly show us that we need completely new approaches to dealing with resources.

Natural gas - How do political decisions influence our current energy supply? The topic of natural gas as an energy source is more topical than ever. We cannot phase out the fossil fuel with the smallest CO2 footprint overnight.

The Neukölln Clinic with its 1,000 beds is spread over an area of 20 hectares. "If the central energy supply at a site like this, there are cross-connections that you don't know about." Our project manager Thomas Winkler was aware of the special features in Berlin right from the start in Berlin right from the start. Now the heat supply has been successfully put on a completely new footing and officially put into operation.

How can the heat supply for a company and a city center be combined in a smart way? In Cham, we have achieved this: our steam cogeneration plant uses wood chips from the region to generate superheated steam for the Goldsteig cheese dairy - the remaining steam is liquefied in a heating condenser and the heated water is fed into the district heating network of Stadtwerke Cham. Stefan Raab, Managing Director of Stadtwerke Cham, on this special project.

School has started - and with the goal of a permanent return to face-to-face teaching, the question of correct ventilation in everyday school life is once again increasingly coming into focus.

Done - Formal acceptance - without defects! Complex planning and construction projects require professional management by experienced, dedicated teams equipped with state-of-the-art data systems. For us, this is the prerequisite and standard for the highest possible quality and satisfied regular customers.

Today was a wonderful opening ceremony for the PASSAUER WOLF specialist clinic in Bad Gögging. The WOLF team prepared and organized this day just as perfectly and professionally as the clinic is built and its operation is organized. We are proud that our planning team with project manager Dietmar Montag was responsible for the planning and development of the technical equipment (HLS / MSR) for this forward-looking modern clinic concept.
