Today we would like to celebrate a very special person in our team: Silvia Kellner, our longest-serving employee in Financial Accounting, who has been with us for a proud 20 years!

Since the founding of the Cabrini House Circle of Friends in Offenstetten in 2006, the Gammel Engineering team has been fully committed to the Cabrini Center of Catholic Youth Welfare in Regensburg. It fills us with joy every year to see the beaming faces of the children and young people when we are able to support them.

"It's happiness enough to be able to do something good." A nice thought at Christmas time, with which our business partners were called upon to vote for donations this year.

As every year, we Gammel employees celebrated our internal (2nd) Christmas party together on December 20, 2023.

We were able to celebrate a wonderful evening in a beautiful atmosphere together with our partners at Restaurant Schwögler on December 8, 2023.

Gudrun Gammel is not only a wife and mother, but also and above all one of the most important members of the Gammel Engineering management team. With her direct, yet caring manner, she not only leads, but is the link at all levels. Nothing escapes her notice and she always keeps an eye on the private concerns of the employees. Without her help, the Gammel family would not be the company and team it is today. That's why it was an honor for us as employees to follow her call to lunch together and toast her birthday with her. Of course, there were also gifts from the staff and management. Gudrun, we look forward to many more years with you!

As every year, it was that time again: this year, the staff at the Röhrl restaurant in Pullach were looking forward to "duck galore". The farm ducks from the Röhrl farm were deliciously roasted, served with dumplings and red cabbage as always - and with seconds. What else do people need? All participants were happy about the wonderful evening. Full and satisfied, the Gammel Engineering family set off on their journey home at a late hour. "See you in the office tomorrow" - what more could you want! Thanks to our entertainment attendant??? Ingrid for the perfect organization every year!

We were delighted when we received the following message: we were rated among the 5% most employee-friendly companies on kununu!!!

We have now been able to experience a whole decade full of beautiful and unforgettable events with our Gabi - even the coach likes to do a lap of honor for this..... Gabi is an important calming influence in the company and, as a team assistant, an enrichment every day with her always amiable manner. Only "milestone anniversaries" are celebrated with the entire GE family - nevertheless, another highlight: Martin Zieglmeier, who has been with the company for 25 years, is celebrating his "silver wedding anniversary" today! The gratitude that Gammel Engineering feels for such valuable, loyal employees and the anticipation of many more years was the subject of Gudrun Gammel's laudatory speech. After the tribute, we all started the new working week in a good mood with a small drink and snacks. Here's to the next 10 years at GE, Gabi!

As the Gammel Engineering family, we are not only proud of the results of our exciting daily work, but also of each individual in the team. When team members recommend us as an interesting, value-based employer and this results in a new employment relationship, we are of course particularly pleased. The recipient of our special bonus of EUR 500 from the "Employees recruit employees" campaign in October is Martin Birnböck, who we have Stefan Huber to thank for his support. We are sure that we have a lot of good things to come! We are delighted to have gained additional years of professional experience as well as youthful energy for our team in this way.
