The most important basis for happiness is mastery of your own body, or so Pilates believed!

It remains to be seen whether the participants experienced great feelings of happiness the first time around - but they all enjoyed it immensely, especially as the strenuous choreographies made them sweat a lot.

After Pilates, other disciplines such as circuit training, back training and ChiYoga are on the program, each in a 2-pack.
