On July 21, 2023, the time had come, a team from the TKK arrived at the house

Our employees were able to have a stress type assessment carried out and develop individual relaxation options based on their personal stress type.

The analysis of eating behavior, eating motives and the general conditions when eating, the so-called nutrition radar, provided detailed information on eating habits and their influence on our health

At the end of the day, we all learned a lot about ourselves and received good suggestions for implementation.
