In terms of energy, the house will be built to "KfW55 standard". To this end, a photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof of the retirement home. Heating will be provided by district heating. Continuity and sustainability are at the forefront of this project!

The complete refurbishment should be completed by mid-2025.
